As the development was sold out in 2014, all units for sale are re-sales, with some unit types building up a waiting list. Units  include single and double garage houses with two bathrooms and two and three bedrooms, one and two bedroom apartments and assisted living units. From time to time there are units available for rental. See the attached headings for the current units that are available
